How do members redeem a coupon?

NOTE: A second subscription has been added so that current members can apply a coupon when they are already a member.

Members can use the coupon code shared by admins when:

• Subscribing to a paywall
• Changing plans
• Changing billing cycle

Subscribing to a paywall

To redeem a coupon when signing up for a new subscription, in the Coupon code field, enter the code and click Apply.

Once the code is applied, you will see the discount information and amount due on the checkout page.

Changing plans

When upgrading or downgrading the plan:

1. Click Add coupon code on the confirmation page.
2. Enter the code and click Apply.

Once the code is applied, you will see the discount information and amount due before confirming the change.
