This is the tutorial I used to convert a .MOV on my iPad to MP4.
This is the preferred way to share Apple videos on Floorworld.

You need to decrease the quality of the video to low, medium or high (do not use Best)

I found that with this method on a mobile device (example an iPad) I must save the newly created file in my Google Drive.
If I save it in photos it remains a .mov for Apple products.
